Dealing with foul-mouthed riders is no picnic for TTC workers, and not being able to use a ticket paid for in cash is enough to make any passenger hot under the collar.While at Islington station Monday, we stumbled across a screaming match between a fare collector and a passenger that goes to the heart of the schism between TTC workers and riders.
